SQUARE HEALTH

Square Health was launched in 2009 to provide High Net Worth screening services to Insurers by the team behind the Doctors Chambers group of companies (founded in 1994). We provide holistic medical, technological and claims-related solutions for insurers.

Our founders are both doctors (Dr Vinayak and Dr King) and as a group we are 250 employees spread across two UK offices. We have access to over 5,000 medical specialists across the UK with some of these relationships spanning over 20 years.

Square Health continues to put clinical excellence at its heart. We are CQC registered and are one of the few companies in our sector that was found to be fully compliant with the CQC’s requirement of providing services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led in our last CQC inspection in Q4 2018.

Expanding on the clinical heritage of the group, Square Health offers an extensive range of health screening services for underwriters on a National basis. We provide nurse and doctor medicals on a home or clinic basis along with a bespoke high-net worth service. We also undertake GPRs and tele-interviews. In addition, our digital healthcare division provides bespoke technology and software solutions for our corporate customers providing a 24/7 virtual GP service, second opinions and support for physical and psychological problems. Many of our services can also be provided on a face-to-face basis where appropriate.

We have been recognised in our markets for the work we do, winning the Cover Excellence Award 2018 as the Best Added Value Service, we also won the Life Insurance International Digital Innovation 2017 award and our Vitality GP deployment won the Most Innovative Product Award at the Health Insurance and Protection Awards 2018. Most recently we won the Cover Customer Care Award 2019 for best Mental Health (Individual).
